Board of Director Nominations Are Now Open.
Any Big I New Jersey member or company partner may nominate an individual to the board of directors.
Self nominations are also welcome. 

We are currently accepting nominations for: 

  • One Agent Regional Director in each of the following regions (three year term):
    • Region 4 - (Essex/Passaic/Union)
    • Region 5 - (Hunterdon/Morris/Somerset/Sussex/Warren)
    • Region 6 - (Monmouth/Ocean) 

  • Agent Member-At-Large positions - statewide, not region-specific (three year term)

  • Two Associate Member-At-Large positions (two year term)

NOMINATION FORM:



ELIGIBILITY:

  • Be an owner, manager, or producer of a Big I New Jersey member agency or employed by a company that is an Associate Member of Big I New Jersey.
  • Hold a NJ producers license with a property/casualty authority or personal lines authority.
    (agency openings only)
  • Actively participate in the business of a member agency for a period of three or more years.
    (agency openings only)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend 4-5 board meetings per year.
  • Volunteer on a Big I NJ committee, task force, or special ad hoc committee.
  • Attend the Big I NJ Conference. 

Upcoming Board Meetings:  March 20, 2019; June 19, 2019; August 21, 2019. All board meetings will commence at 10 am and be held at the Make-A-Wish Samuel & Josephine Plumeri Wishing Place in Monroe Township.
